Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Item must be in its original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Important: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during promotional sales or discounts (unless defective)
  • Customized/Stitched Items: Made-to-order or personalized products
  • Innerwear & Undergarments: Due to hygiene reasons
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Damaged by Customer: Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or color variations, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Exchange Conditions:

  • The item must meet all return eligibility criteria
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the desired size/color is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit
  • Shipping charges for exchange may apply (depending on the reason for exchange)

Note: Exchanges are not available for sale items, customized products, or final sale items.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step-by-Step Process:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the item (if applicable).
  3. Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
  4. Return Shipping: Once approved, send the item back to our address using a reliable courier service.
  5. Inspection: We will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
  6. Refund/Exchange: After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Defective or Incorrect Item: We will cover the return shipping cost. Contact us for a prepaid return label or reimbursement.
  • Change of Mind / Size Issue: Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Return Address: Our return address will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your return request is approved.

Tip: Use a trackable courier service (TCS, Leopards, M&P) and keep your receipt until the return is processed.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If Approved:

  • Bank Transfer / Online Payment: Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via bank transfer. Please provide your account details.
  • Store Credit: You may choose store credit for faster processing (available immediately).

Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping charges) at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment method (processing times may vary)
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. To cancel:

If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched: You cannot cancel it, but you can refuse delivery or return the item once received (return policy applies).

Special Circumstances

During Sale Periods: Return requests may take longer to process due to high volume. We appreciate your patience.

Color Variations: Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings or lighting. This is not considered a defect unless the variation is significant.
