Delivery Coverage

Pareesa delivers to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. We partner with trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards Courier, and M&P to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Major Cities Covered: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, and more.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Faisalabad (Local) 1-2 working days
Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi) 2-4 working days
Other Cities 3-5 working days
Remote Areas 5-7 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (Eid, weddings, sales) or due to unforeseen circumstances like public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order value. The exact charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 - Rs. 300 (depending on location)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 5,000 (conditions apply)
  • Express Delivery: Available in select cities for an additional charge

All shipping charges are inclusive of courier handling and packaging costs.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 working days from the date of confirmation. During high-demand periods (Eid, festive seasons, sales), processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, we will share tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real-time. You can track your order by:

  • Using the tracking link sent via SMS/WhatsApp/Email
  • Visiting the courier company's website and entering your tracking number
  • Contacting our customer support team with your order number

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You can pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your doorstep. Please ensure:

  • You have the exact amount ready (courier riders may not carry change)
  • You inspect the parcel before making payment (check for damages or incorrect items)
  • You provide accurate delivery details to avoid failed delivery attempts

Important: If a COD order is refused or returned due to unavailability, a return fee may be charged.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery
  • Courier service disruptions or natural events

Pareesa is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, they will make 2-3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us.

In case of a returned order:

  • You will be contacted to confirm your delivery details
  • Reshipping charges may apply
  • For COD orders, return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund

International Shipping

Currently, Pareesa only delivers within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time. For international inquiries, please contact us at pareesastore@gmail.com.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged parcel
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue
  • A replacement or refund will be issued as per our Return Policy

Tip: Always inspect your parcel upon delivery before accepting it. If you notice visible damage, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

Special Instructions

If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., preferred time, alternative contact number, office address), please mention them in the "Order Notes" section at checkout or contact us directly after placing your order.
